We’re sorting of playing catch up with this blog as we didn’t get it started until a few weeks into the process.

So whilst we’re actually at the end of week 6 in real life we’ve only showed you a few week’s of progress results as Joe follows the plans and diets in The Ultimate transformation Guide.

To fast forward things a little bit I thought I’d whiz on up in the timeline to day 29 and 4 weeks into the program.

Let me know what you think of these two shots – I think he’s bang on track and for four weeks the results have been fabulous, but we still have a long, long way to go simply because he started so badly when he came to me as “human foie gras“!
